A Perfumed Cocktail For Christmas

Bring to life the mystical world of Addictive Arts with a bright and complex cocktail – the perfect tipple for the festive season. Working with a mixologist Clive Christian has created a truly tantalising cocktail that is laced with sweet citrus and floral notes, much like the perfume duo of Jump Up and Kiss Me Hedonistic and Ecstatic.

As the festive season calls for a toast or two discover this enchanting cocktail that combines refreshing citrus notes of orange blossom with aromatic white florals and violet- the flower that inspires our Jump Up and Kiss Me, potent enough to make you fall in love at first sight- or first sip .  Much like the bottles of our Addictive Arts perfume this cocktail takes on an azure blue hue, a subtle reference to Victorian Poison bottles that hint towards the hidden danger in each perfume.

Our senses are all intrinsically linked with scent and taste going hand in hand to create a magical sensory experience that you can lose yourself within and this cocktail embodies just that. Reminiscent of an ambient atmosphere and delightfully refreshing this cocktail is the perfect way to celebrate the seasons festivities with those around you.

Jump Up and Kiss Me Cocktail Recipe

Cocktail Ingredients:

Ferroni Orange Citron de Menton (50ml)

Bergamot and Elderflower Liquor (20ml)

Homemade Lime, Violet and Orange Blossom Blue Cordial (15ml)

To make the bergamot and elderflower liqueur:

  1. Blend equal parts of Saint Germain Elderflower liqueur and Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto liqueur
  2. For a 500ml bottle, blend 250 grams of white caster sugar with 250ml of water and blend until the sugar has dissolved to form a syrup
  3. In a jar pour the syrup, add the peel of 2-3 limes and muddle together to extract the juices. Let rest for 20 minutes and strain
  4. Add 10ml of Violet Liqueur – we recommend Vedrene liqueur
  5. Add 10ml of orange blossom water
  6. Add 5 to 10 drops of food colouring to create a rich blue azure, reminiscent of Addictive Arts perfume bottle
